Not Happy I have used Canada on Canvas as my primary site for almost all of my enlargements over a number of years. Always good quality quick service. I am however disappointed in my last experience. I had inquired after 3 weeks (on a Friday morning) if my order was on the way. It wasn\'t but was assured it would be ready and sent by Monday, it wasn\'t and finally shipped on Wednesday evening. I have now waited 6 days for the delivery and had to track down the package myself to find that it would still be some time, I am assuming because I live in a rural area. It has been 29 days since I sent in the order. I understand that Covid has affected many business and expected some hiccups but must admit I am very disappointed.

Adrian, | My canvas arrived today and surpassed all expectations. The photo I sent you has become a work of art. The frame is beautiful and the overall look of the piece is absolutely breathtaking. The image that I sent you of my friend and his now deceased father had special meaning of course but will now become something so much more than a mere photograph. I know it will hang in his home and in his heart for decades to come. Thank you all.
